Hello, my name is Lauren Gallacher (she/her) and I am a 20 year old dancer/actor/singer from Bracknell. I am currently training in dance at Creative Academy, expanding my skills in styles such as commercial, contemporary, heels, jazz and more.  I have created this blog to share my art with you and hopefully inspire you to make art of your own! Here I dive into dance history, talk about the use of dance in commercial spaces, record my own personal training and share my creations.
